Commissioning is a crucial quality assurance process at Maze. Our experienced engineers perform a wide range of mechanical services commissioning, including ventilation balancing, air change rates, air tightness testing, LTHW and CHW balancing, and seasonal commissioning. We also provide comprehensive electrical services commissioning, including lighting control, emergency lighting, security systems, fire alarms, and emergency backup systems. Upon completion, we conduct an integrated system test for the building and demonstrate it to the client’s team.
