At Maze, our highly skilled and experienced CAD & Coordination Team is integral to our Design Development and Engineering Management operations. Our specialists in CAD & Coordination meticulously manage the spatial coordination between Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services and other trade packages. Each team member is assigned to specific projects under the direct supervision of the Project Director, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project objectives and seamless integration into the Project Management Team.

Our team is equipped with the latest industry-standard software, including AutoCAD MEP, Fabrication, and Autodesk Revit. We utilize 3D Point Cloud Laser Scanners for precise site surveys, enabling us to capture accurate data and produce reliable drawings. This advanced technology ensures precision in all stages of the design and coordination process.

Continuous Drawing Updates and Documentation

The CAD Operator responsible for the initial project coordination maintains and updates the drawings as changes occur throughout the contract. This process ensures that the Record Drawings, prepared and issued upon project completion, accurately reflect the final project specifications and serve as part of the comprehensive final documentation.

In-House Design Department

Maze’s in-house design department comprises professional design engineering staff who manage design development for Design and Build tenders. Our team provides essential design assistance and handles the Contractor’s Design Portion (CDP) for each project. Well-versed in current regulations and CIBSE guidelines, our Design Team employs the latest software for design calculations, ensuring compliance and precision in all our projects.
